What Type Of Services Do You Provide?

We are a beverage catering services. We provide bartending services for any event. Our packages can include everything from cups, ice, napkins, straws, garnishes, mixers, stirs, drink toppers, bar to service from and aesthetics. We can also just show up to serve your drinks if you will like to provide all the supplies. Often times venues will have designated bar area and we can serve from there as well. We are licensed and insured and can provide all our credentials to the venue for approval. 

What Are Your Fees?

Each event is unique as so is the pricing. We base pricing according to the hours of service you need, how many guests will be attending, will you be providing the essential items and a few other items. Fill out our no obligation quote inquiry and we will send you pricing to fit your specific needs. 

Do You Provide Alcohol?

Unfortunately, in the state of Florida we are unable to sell liquor. We will work with you and create a specialized menu to provide you with an alcohol shopping list. On the bright side, you can choose liquor brands of your choice, grab special deals at your favorite stores and the best part, once the party is done you get to keep the remaining alcohol for future use. Win, win! 

Where Do You Service?

We will go anywhere in the Central Florida region. Willing to go further out the distance but travel charges will apply. 

How Does It Work?

Fill out our inquiry form, send us an email or call/text us your information. We will provide you with a quote. Once accepted, you will sign the contract and provide a deposit to reserve your date. Then we will work on the menu, decor, shopping list... all the goodies. The day of your event, we arrive 2 hours prior to the service start time to set up. We serve your guests during the event and make sure everyone has a great time. Once contracted service hours are over, we clean up, box up all remaining liquor, hand it over to you and we go on our way. 

How To Reserve A Date?

A deposit of 25% of the quoted price will be required to reserve the date. The deposit will be applied towards final balance.

What Happens If It Rains?

Oh the Sunshine State! If you rent the mobile horse trailer for outside beverage service we will keep an eye out on the weather. We can discuss with you plan B options to keep your guest dry. We can still function with rain but we will not want your guest to get wet. We have a mobile bar that can be used in inside spaces and that will be provided as needed. 

Can I Cancel?

We understand things happen. Communicate with us and we will do our best to accommodate as best as possible.
